JOB SHADOWING. LOS PROFES TAMBIÉN SALEN DE MOVILIDAD ERASMUS+

El programa Erasm us+ del IES Leonardo Da Vinci (Albacete) , además de facilitar las movilidades de alumnos para realizar el módulo de Formación en Centros de Trabajo en #europa ; ofrece la posibilidad de movilidades de docentes para la realización de Job Shadowing. Visitas a otros centros de Formación Profesional como la Escuela Politécnica de Tallinn o el Business College de Helsinki, para aprender cómo funciona su sistema educativo y compartir clases con ellos; estudio del mercado laboral y la oferta educativa, de la mano de otras instituciones como el Instituto Cervantes y La Cámara Oficial de Comercio de España en Bruselas y Luxemburgo Tallinn, Helsinki, Utrecht, Roma, Bruselas y Estocolmo han sido las ciudades en las que nuestros docentes han realizado sus aprendizajes para dar una mayor calidad e internacionalización a nuestros Ciclos Formativos. #erasmus +, es la mejor posibilidad de crecimiento profesional y personal a nivel intern...

Preparatory visit in Zagreb

At the beginning of November, two teachers from our school went on a job shadowing mobility to Zagreb (Croatia). They had several meetings where they got a lot of relevant information to send our students there for their work placements. They had meetings with the Director and Marketing Manager of the Spanish Foreign Trade Office (ICEX) where they were given details of the 'ICEX Vivex' programme for students. From there, contacts were made with companies that require the job profiles that our students have. In addition, the person in charge of the Cervantes Classroom explained how the education system is distributed in Zagreb and was interested in the profiles of our students in order to carry out their placements in the Cervantes Classroom itself, in Zagreb.
